Welcome back to another sweet episode. Today, we're diving into the world of homemade ice cream, and trust me, you won't believe how easy and tasty this homemade ice cream is. So, grab your spoons and let's get started!
Ingredients:
Flora Thickened Plant Cream (You can use regular thickened cream)
Icing Sugar Toppings of your choice, we used:
Peanuts
Caramel topping
Food colouring
Strawberry topping
100s & 1000s (sprinkles)
Mint extract
Chocolate chips
Instructions:
Step 1: Preparing the Base
Start by pouring the thickened cream into a mixing bowl. Add a generous amount of icing sugar and whisk the two together until you get a whipped texture.
Step 2: Flavour Explosion
Time to bring in the flavour! Add the toppings of your choice.
Step 3: Freeze and Enjoy
Transfer your ice cream mix into a container, pop it in the freezer for a few hours, and voila! Homemade ice cream ready to be eaten. Serve it up in a cone or a bowl. We used waffle cones and added extra sprinkles on top. YUM!
